Free People Movement (Vol. 3)

Let’s talk comfort. Seen as sloppy, comfort ultimately drives what we put on our body everyday. My absolutely most comfortable outfit is definitely something to never be worn out of the house. That’s not true. I wore it out of the house this morning. To take the trash out. It’s my pajamas. Baggy pajama pants, super fuzzy slippers, a baggy tee with holes in it and a stained and ripped bathrobe. Ugh. Just writing about it makes me want to get into it. So soft. So unrestricting. So ugly.

Clearly I can’t wear my pajamas beyond my house and bless my husband for not judging me for choosing comfort over being sexy. Luckily, I have enough self respect to know that wearing pajamas outside of my home is unacceptable. So, the true question is, how do we merge ultimate comfort with fashion?

Stretch. That’s how. Stretch, is EVERYTHING. I completely understand that natural, firm fibers are royalty. A crisp cotton button-down. Structured trousers. Six inch stilettos. Stunning. And the minute you get home and can get out of them, glory. Can’t we find a happy medium? Like, trousers that look structured, but have a little give? A crisp shirt that doesn’t wrinkle the second you move? With a little bit of stretch, anything is possible.

I’ve searched far and wide for something to be as comfortable as my pajamas. And until last week, I didn’t think it was possible. Something so soft and comfortable couldn’t possibly exist, that could actually be worn out and about, right? Wrong. Free People Movement pieces are officially the softest and most stretchy garments I’ve ever worn. Not only supportive and compressing, their pieces are figure flattering and buttery soft.

NOW, what you all have been waiting for. At the end of this week, I’m giving away a Free People Movement set to one lucky follower. The set is M/L, which fits anywhere from a size 6-10. The pants are gray, high waisted, flared out at the bottom and has an inseam of 30”, which is standard length for women’s leggings. The top is flourescent yellow, ribbed and hits right at the waist. You can easily bridge the gap, so no belly shows, if you are shorter than six feet. This set was bought through a “bundle”, which means it came brand new, without tags. Stay tuned this week to enter to win this buttery soft, trending, Free People Movement set.

My look above is Free People Movement top, shorts and the shacket is Pink Celebrity from Walmart.
