Easter Outfit Reimagined (Part 2)

Yee Haw! Easter is in less than two weeks and I’m here for all of it. The past few years, Easter has been during my son’s April Vacation and we’ve been in Florida celebrating by the pool, but this year it’s a week before and we’re back to hosting. Unfortunately, a lot of our family is traveling or have other plans, so this year we’re having a Friendster. See what I did there? Friends + Easter. I’ll keep working on it. My bestie specifically requested an “adult” Easter egg hunt, and I couldn’t be more excited. I ordered jumbo plastic eggs and I’m going to fill them with nips. Just have to make sure the kid’s eggs are distinctly different, so we don’t have any drunk kiddos running around.

Now, not only are we celebrating a little different, but I’m also thinking we should go with a theme. I mean, who doesn’t love a theme? Especially when you’re off the coattails of a trip to Nashville and your white cowgirl boots are still in great shape! Speaking of my white cowgirl boots, if you didn’t read my blog post about our trip to Nashville check it out. I highlighted a ton of fun things to do and talked about appropriate attire. One smart thing I did BEFORE we went to Nashville was get a pair of cowgirl boots and broke them in. Mine are from Amazon and are super comfortable.

The mint lace skirt set is Free People and is for sale, new with tags, size medium, if you’re interested on my Poshmark @CHELSEAKRAYFASH. If it doesn’t sell soon, I’m ripping the tags off and wearing it for Easter. The skirt has stretch, which is unheard of when it comes to lace. It’s extremely forgiving and hits right above the knee. The top is cropped, also has stretch and has a beautiful detail of buttons down the side. Not sure about the mint color? The exact same set is for sale on my Poshmark in a burnt orange. New with tags. Size Medium.

Whatever you’re doing for Easter this year, be sure to make it fun and festive. Pick a theme. Get the adults tipsy. But most importantly, be with the ones you love, and celebrate each other.
